Everybody can do it regardless of age.
I am a busy mum, can I bring my baby?
Yes, we have a playpen available for the child as well as a pram to go outdoors in. So you can still train with baby right long side you
Where is the training done?
The training can be done anywhere:
- At my full time air conditioned Studio
- Outdoors in a park or beach
