What is Personal training?
It is having a qualified trainer that helps you achieve your goals, by motivating, encouraging and guiding you in the right direction to achieving the results you seek.

What type of personal training is available?
There are all types of activities available and can be done in different ways.
We have personal training for:

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, this type of training can be done in the following ways:
• 1 on 1
• Couples
• Groups up to six people

Who can do it?
Everybody can do it regardless of age.

I am a busy mum, can I bring my baby?

Yes, we have a playpen available for the child as well as a pram to go outdoors in. So you can still train with baby right long side you

Where is the training done?

The training can be done anywhere:

  • At my full time air conditioned Studio
  • Outdoors in a park or beach
  • At your home
  • Townsville PCYC

What will it cost?

The initial consultation is Free, which will take about 30-45 mins. We go through a Pre Exercise questionaire and establish your goals and the best way to achieve them.

Your body fat analysis as well as blood pressure, resting heart rate, body measurements and a small fitness test are also done on this consultation if it is part of your goals..

We then establish the date, time and best location and then you will be on your way to a better and healthier lifestyle.
